Role Description:
This is a full-time home health role for a Physical Therapist located in Laurel, MD. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating and creating individualized treatment plans for patients, providing therapeutic interventions, and monitoring progress. The role also involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals, maintaining accurate records, and educating patients and their families about treatments and exercises. The Physical Therapist will work within Dubols Home Care, Inc.'s home care services, focusing on patient rehabilitation and overall well-being.
Qualifications:
- Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Skills
- Patient Care and Home Care Skills
- Knowledge of Medicine related to physical therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a home care setting is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Maryland
